    Yeah I use Keep Calm but the time I had those drops was with traffic policer, smart radio, and like 2-3 other small ones. I used to use my old pc whihc is not very good I used to play couple months ago and I had better fps with lspdfr witht hat pc.

    Okay I've got a pretty decent build. ASUS ROG 1070TI i7-8700k 16GB RAM 1TB SSD Without any mods loaded I get about 80-100fps on max settings in the busiest areas of the map and then when I load in mods I get about 40-60. What are the optimal settings for performance and sexy visuals?
