Im pretty sure they are announcing it on or by August, Cracked did the same they got rid of the paper issue and kept the brand name.

Yes Broadly speaking, however some departments still allow revolvers in 38, and a Game Warden few years ago whom still had a .22 s&w model 53 but generally for patrol officers anymore as it was fathered in and he was a 40+ veteran. However in my county they have to go through the basic course (.40 s&w) and be on patrol for 4 years before they can apply for a special duty carry, which includes S&W 620p(.38) , S&W 686p (.38), S&W 986 (9mm), S&W MODEL 25 (.45LC), S&W 327 TR88 (Only S&W BUT NOT LIMITED TO) (I know it is not relevant most of it i just want to add it.)

I made an 03 impala skin for it and yes it is ELS. Im just waiting for some models so i can release in full.

Here Is my Progress on the Wauwatosa Police Pack... It has a long way to go; What I need to Do (As of 5/1/19) (Incomplete list); - I need to create variations of the 96 Vic - Pictured Below I need to replace the current 96 Vic one the sirens conflict with the rotators that are on the Caprice - I need to look at a 98 Crown Vic to Redo The Livery on that as Pictured below it has no reflection on the car and replace that <- 50% - I might create Uniforms which look similar to the LSPD so It will just need to be a badge and colour replace - I would need to add an 1988 - 90 Caprice Livery - I might model a 1997 - 2004 dodge intrepid - If the 2003 Impala template exists (I have not checked I will make a Livery on that.) <- Done - Definitely Upgrade my Graphics lol Pictures:

I'm pretty sure you have to connect it to steam to make it run, as LSPDFR has protections against pirated copies. Also dont Run GTAV.exe as Admin only RagePluginHook.exe

You might have a corrupted DLC package as it seems in the rage pluginhook. Does it work on the normal GTA version?

[4/19/2019 1:47:09 PM.963] LSPD First Response: Exception message: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. That Is what I think is the problem, is your game modded or have any script modifications? In addition what are your specs?

I'm pretty sure you have to edit pickups.meta under: (For me it defaults to Micro SMG) <Item type="CPickupData"> <Name>PICKUP_VEHICLE_WEAPON_MICROSMG</Name> But I'm not sure so I would not try editing it. UPDATE: Again it also could be this in vehiclelayouts.meta <Item type="CDrivebyWeaponGroup"> <Name>DRIVEBY_BIKE_ONE_HANDED</Name> <WeaponGroupNames> <Item>GROUP_PISTOL</Item> </WeaponGroupNames> I would still not try it.

I got a bit an idea of that and a local sheriffs department, for the life of me I don't know the font Dickson uses. I'm also working on a old Pierce County Sheriff South Precinct Pack which I'm probably not going to release, bit of it was in my gallery but needs to have a touch up.

(BCLN) August 5th 2000, Report Mcreporterson In the midst of hot summer many people are in a rush to go to the beach, during the past 2 days Blaine County alone has had 4 Fatalities due to speeding, many residents are worried that the ageing patrol cars are going to be a problem with catching speeders. Pictured here taken Yesterday, A few patrol cars have been spotted in Rural Blaine County, Due to the mayor denying the county to take a rental fleet, the county still cant afford the new Crown Victoria still being 3 years overdue. A statement from the Sheriff said "We need some serious money to upgrade our fleet, we still have a Plymouth in our fleet for god sake! the other day a.. a deputy almost fell through the floor board of a patrol car which has 400,000 miles on it." We asked the mayor for comment but denied to answer. (Blaine County Local News™ @2000)
