If possible, I'd love to have a small script that automatically assigns "Unarmed" when entering a vehicle as opposed to a weapon (such as a pistol) which is what currently happens. Please and thank you.

I'm pretty sure you have to edit pickups.meta under: (For me it defaults to Micro SMG)

 

 <Item type="CPickupData">  
      <Name>PICKUP_VEHICLE_WEAPON_MICROSMG</Name>

 

But I'm not sure so I would not try editing it. 

 

UPDATE: 

 

Again it also could be this in vehiclelayouts.meta 

 

  <Item type="CDrivebyWeaponGroup">
      <Name>DRIVEBY_BIKE_ONE_HANDED</Name>
      <WeaponGroupNames>
        <Item>GROUP_PISTOL</Item>
      </WeaponGroupNames>

 

I would still not try it.
