Guys, I have a question....should I release each version of the car individually or as one big pack?

I don't think the template needs to be 2048x2048. As I have made a skin (the CHP skin in the OP) and it worked fine. Edit: The image somehow got scaled down in the attachments. I will upload it to an external site Edit 2: Template link changed :)

Sure thing guys. I think I'll make 2 versions of this vehicle, one CHP and another with a skin made by someone else and an LED light bar

By "primary emergency lights" are you referring to the lightbar on the roof or the lights in the windscreen? If you're referring to the lightbar it's a Federal Signal Vision and if you're referring to the windscreen lights then that's the Whelen Talon. Would you like that replaced with an LED lightbar? Also I'll get onto the steel rims

Well I didn't have any viruses as I just installed the copy of windows on my PC several hours earlier and had microsoft security essentials installed, and the version of openiv I was trying to use was the newest, but all was soon fixed with a simple re-install of windows

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could supply me with a .wtd file not containing any files. The reason I'm asking for one is because my windows seems a bit messed up, for example: And therefore I am unable to use OpenIV and cannot delete textures from a .wtd file in SparkIV. Hi, I have recently been working on a car that I may release, anyway the problem I have is the grill lights are white instead of red or blue. My ELS is working fine as the lightbar is lighting up blue and red. Well.... to answer you first question, iCEenhancer just basically makes the game look better. Now for your second question, yes, majorly if you can barely run GTA IV as it is, I don't suggest iCEenhancer. For your third question, not that I've heard of, if you're having trouble running iCEenhancer then go for a Game4Video ENB (use the search box on lcpdfr to find it). Finally the only way to answer that is by testing, try it out (making a backup of your entire game folder first!) and if it can't run iCEenhancer then try a Gam4Video ENB (as mentioned above). Hope I helped

It's pretty good, but one thing you should consider is making the vest darker/lighter so you can vest better. Other than that is was great! Keep it up :)

Hi, I have a problem when I spawn police via SNT, the game crashes to the desktop with error; The vehicle I'm using for the police slot is BxBugs' unlocked CVPI 4.2 with a Go Rhino pushbar (also by BxBugs) and a 911EP Galaxy lightbar by Boatinman and WarDoG. The car worked for a short amount of time (when I first imported it into GTA with the correct textures, etc.) and now it doesn't work at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance EDIT: The problem fixes itself when using a car that I haven't done anything with. Help is still appreciated.

Do GTA IV save games work with dsound.dll? because whenever i try it it says its invalid or something along those lines and xliveless doesn't really work for me it just crashes the game even if im not using lcpdfr Thanks KACrownVicGTA

Hey, is it possible to change the controls for LCPD:FR 0.95 because i never get the lcpdfr car computer its just the regular computer with the lcpdfr 1 on top of it......anyway....i want to map my lcpdfr computer key to my - key (minus key on the top row of numbers) Thanks KACrownVicGTA P.S.
