So uh hi everyone i seem to be having a small but VERY IRRITATING problem with ems responding to my location. I use better ems and els enabled ems vehicles. The problem is, none of my vehicles respond with lights or siren when i request for them with the police smart radio. And honestly, i've got no idea what the issue is. It could be els or better ems idfk anymore. And yes i do have the spawn distance for these vehicles 5000+ away. So i have no idea what the problem is. If you need me to attach any logs or what not, let me know because tbh i have no idea what info i should include in this because idk where the problem lies! It really ruins the immersion so any help is greatly appreciated, thank you. "This is starting to get to me!"

Inside your els.ini is your config set to this?

ElsActiveOnAi = true

@Pav500 yep. Definitely. Just double checked now but it was earlier too. I've reinstalled both better ems and els and the vehicles i've been using along with their vcfs like 10,000 time now still with no luck so that's why i'm here. I appreciate the swift response

@Pav500 i couldn't get a video sorry due to certain restrictions but i got a picture. As you can see the firetruck doesn't have any lights on and didn't have a siren on either. This vehicle is an els vehicle. Obviously it should be responding with both lights and sirens but that just isn't happening to any of my better ems response vehicles. If you need any more images, let me know

I'm pretty sure better ems is my issue because the ems suv (red fbi2) doesn't respond with lights or sirens, yet when i call noose swat with lspdfr, they respond with a black fbi2 and the lights and siren work fine. So its something to do with better ems but what? i have tried uninstalling it completely (delete all the files for it) then re downloading and reinstalling but still to no avail. Now what? Thank you

You replaced that firetruck for the default gta firetruk? and you put in the els vcf as firetruk.xml correct?

Yeah they work for me if i spawn the firetruck and drive it around no problem. Both lights and siren are fine. Its just when better ems uses it is when it decides to break

try to make a video of it, i dont see what restrictions there are?
While I think of the issue

It says it right there at 0:15 your els config will break els lighting on ai vehicles. Because its 500m away

yeah finally. Earlier i saw that and pressed y like you're supposed to but it didn't fix shit so yeah thats why i came here. I just tried it again and all seems well now thank you. Honestly though i did actually press y earlier because afterwards it even said i need to reload els for it to work, which i did and it didn't work. Its not like i was just being stupid and pressed t instead of y or something. Oh well enough of my lame excuses thank you anyways wouldn't have got to the bottom of such an easy fix problem without your help by pointing out the obvious issue. You must deal with a lot of idiots like me where the issue is so obvious, your eyes must hurt from rolling them a lot. Anyways cheers bud appreciate ya help!
