    This actually is an ELS model I picked up from GTA5-mods.com. The lights could be better, but aren't half bad. Only thing is that the Tahoe didn't have a license plate on the back so I had to add on a texture myself. Check it out here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/offroad-chevy-minipack

    Yes it is! It's part of Bradm's Detroit-based LSPD texture pack. I did make some minor changes for my personal use though.
