I just want to say that it's perfect. And there is a way to disable ELS vehicles's sirens. Simply make a copy of the car you want to use as backup, call it POLICE4 if you dont want addon, or call it whatever if you are using addon. then make a copy of the ELS in that name, and in that xml file, change all siren tone's values to "false," then you wont hear the sirens in game. example: <sounds> <Mantone1 AllowUse = "false" .../> <ManTone2 Allowuse = "false" .../> ... </sounds> -
not sure if i did that in that specific order. But I'll try it. i think this whole thing fails because of Rockstar launcher. that thing is extremely slow. i have to wait for it finish loading and then GTA will start. Rockstar launcher is so annoying anyway I can just disable it or something? are you able to start the game without any problems? even after the slow as fk rockstar launcher?

I have tried everything I can find on the internet regarding how to fix this. None of them works. Anti-virus is disabled. restart. the PC is brand new. New windows, new steam, new game. only installed lspdfr, ragehook plugin, script hook v. nothing else. the game is completely clean. one time i disconnected the internet and rockstar is offline and it worker, i got in i saw the splash. But the game froze and i had to restart and yet nothing again. anyone has any idea???

I really like your car. But you know sometimes when you pull someone over, and if you press ctrl + Q to make them move over, the car will make a warning sound. Or when you active your lights up to 2nd stage, and the quickly go up to 3rd and then turn it OFF, you also get a warning sound. some cars will do both things above, but some cars don't. You car particular did not make any of the warnings. Anyway to make it happen? Thanks- 60 comments

First of all it is the most perfect explorer i've seen on lspdfr. Absolutely amazing, flawless!!!! @Thehurk one thing, on the driver side door, there seem to be a light there lighting up the door when the headlights are on. this car is 99% perfect! Literally the best I've seen. However: @MrPotato i distinctively remember, the first time I opened this car, the take down lights were working. there was take down lights activated. however everytime after that, the takedown is gone like it never existed. I check the ELS file takedown is "true" but in game the ELS panel doesn't have TKD. And it's all green when all other car's ELS panels are orange. Is there a bug? What's going on here or does it just not have TKD and I simply remembered wrong?- 61 comments
