I have tried everything I can find on the internet regarding how to fix this. None of them works.

Anti-virus is disabled. restart. the PC is brand new. New windows, new steam, new game. 

only installed lspdfr, ragehook plugin, script hook v. nothing else. 

the game is completely clean. 

one time i disconnected the internet and rockstar is offline and it worker, i got in i saw the splash. But the game froze and i had to restart and yet nothing again.

anyone has any idea???

not sure if i did that in that specific order. But I'll try it. 

i think this whole thing fails because of Rockstar launcher. that thing is extremely slow. i have to wait for it finish loading and then GTA will start. 

Rockstar launcher is so annoying anyway I can just disable it or something? 

are you able to start the game without any problems? even after the slow as fk rockstar launcher?

I am. I just need to get some things tweaked a bit though. And you need to install RPH after turning off the anti-virus cause it will still be blocked.
