Liebherr 542 Loader
 
This is a fully working Loader than can be controlled with the bucket and the arm.
This can be used in Sp and FiveM
 
If you play FiveM with this it will look bether. There is a script following in the download that lets you control the bucket.
In sp this will only work if you open bonnet
 
How to use:
To use the arm simply use CTRL to go down and SHIFT to go up, this can also be used with Numpad 8 and 5
To use the bucket you press 4 and 6. This can be changed in the script

This is replaced with Tractor3, I will make add-on with this later in time.

Hello everyone, I want to start of saying, Happy Holidays, or Merry Christmas, which ever you prefer
This pack needed some work, so today, I present to you the largest update to the OPP pack, with completely new cars, lighting, skins, plates and everything.
I have spent a little over 2 months working on the update to this pack, to include more cars, with more variations, new lighting, and including some cars with non-ELS, and Hybrid lighting as well
 
I have other packs in the work, including Seattle Police, and have more updates coming to this pack as well.
I know there isn't really much to say, as the images speak for themselves, all I want to say is I hope everyone enjoys this hard work, and I also hope everyone has a fun Christmas, and a happy new year's as well, and here's to hope 2022, will be a better year for us all!!

This pack is my return to making practical, realistic marked units. It features the first ever Ford Police Responder Hybrid Sedan, as accurate as I could make it.
 
IT IS NOT A FUSION.
 
There are currently six vehicles in this pack, which is a stark contrast to what my previous projects have had. There will be one more update to include a few more modern HEVs. like the Toyota Prius, Ford F150 PowerBoost hybrid, and Ford Police Interceptor Utility hybrid.
I was pressed for time and money to acquire the others that I wanted, like the Ford Mustang Mach E and the Toyota RAV4 Prime, so those will not be included in the update.

CTA Based 2nd Gen Novabus by SCPDUnit23!
Key differences from previous versions:
-Bus bike rack added
-Bus scaled down by 15% to match realism models with other buses I'm working on
-LED signage changed to using extras to use emissive lights
-Livery material changed to function with LSTransit mod
 
Both Bus Sim V and LSTransit mod will work with this bus! However, if your using
Bus Sim V, you will need to enable bus signage under SNT -> Vehicle Mod -> Vehicle Components
-> extras 2-9 for different routes
 
Template included to make your own bus livery!
 
How to install:
1. Drag and drop .ytf/.ytd files into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf (or whichever dlc folder you prefer)
   For Bus Sim V, drag and drop into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bussim\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf instead
2. Add "FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE" under the bus flags tagline in vehicles.meta.
   For Bus Sim V, edit this in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bussim\dlc.rpf\common\datathis in vehicles.meta.
   This step is important for bus to always spawn it's signage!

With Fire Callouts I aim to add unique callouts to LSPDFR that places you to the shoes of a firefighter in Los Santos County. There are currently 14 callouts with many more to come from structure fires to car accidents. Moreover, there is a new feature the extraction saw! Use it to save lifes from wrecked car and multi vehicle accidents. You can use it to cut doors, hoods and trunks to free those poor souls.

This version ( 1.4.0) will be the last version available to the public for a little while until I add more features like the fire hose and many more.  
Early Access to Version 1.5.0 is available for Patreons and it includes the first hose prototype and new callouts like wildfire, fire in aicraft carrier, fires in LSIA and more.

Please Note: You have to manually end the callout by pressing the “END” key. You can change it easily in the .ini file included.
 
Hotkeys
There are five hotkeys included. (You can change everything in the .ini included)
"Z" for taking out the extraction saw ( To use it just go near a vehicle door and press the right mouse button). "End" to end a callout.              "F2" to open the Main Menu.  "K" to use your SCBA.  "L" to use your flashlight.  "E" when near a ped to start CPR. (unchangeable key for now)

      To fully enjoy the mod I suggest using the following mods:
 EUP Menu with Serve and Protect ( for the firefighter uniform).  Coastal Callouts by PNWParksFan, found here in LCPDFR downloads section. The are so many new features with this one that its a must for a better experience.  Stop the Ped ( for more interaction and immersion, those sweet animations for medics and coroners and more!).

For all the Ontario, Canada players out there looking to add some more realism to their LSPDFR experience!  These are some Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) uniform textures for EUP.  Uniform components include hats, shirts, pants, and vests.  I created these uniforms for my own enjoyment but have had several requests for a download link, so here they are!  Are they a perfect representation of OPP uniforms? No - but they're the best we can get with the standard EUP clothing models and they still make the game more fun.
 
OIV installation file now included for easy installation as its own DLC pack!
Choose between black or dark navy blue uniforms.
 
There are many types of uniforms included:
1) Front-line Officer short-sleeve & long-sleeve uniforms
2) Commissioned Officer (white long-sleeve shirt & tie with vest) - available on the Male model only
3) Commissioner (white long-sleeve shirt & tie, no vest, with epaulettes)
4) Motorcycle Uniform
5) Bicycle Uniform
6) Marine Uniform (not accurate - but the best I could get with the base EUP models)
7) Auxiliary Uniform
 
Be sure to 'Follow' this download so that you receive notifications when updates are posted!
 
IMPORTANT - these texture files will overwrite some of the default EUP textures, so it may "break" some of the default EUP uniforms (they will look weird).  As always, please back up any files before modifying them!
 
What is included in the download?
1) Two OIV installation files: 1 each for black and dark navy blue uniforms - you pick which one to install.  Dark navy blue is more accurate, but black looks really good!
2) LSPDFR outfits.xml file so that you can easily enable AI officers to use your new OPP uniforms (you must edit your own agency.xml and backup.xml files)
3) EUP Menu wardrobe.ini file so that you can easily dress your own character in your new OPP uniforms

In order to use these uniforms, you will need to have EUP Law & Order 8.1 installed.
NOTE: These uniforms do not work with the recently-released EUP 8.2 update.  I will try to update this pack for the latest EUP version when I can.
For now, you will need to find an older download of the EUP 8.1 (hint: search on YouTube).
 
This works well with some of my other OPP downloads available...
 

This is a model of the Orange County chevy impala  and this honestly took like 4 days but anyways I put all the lights in the place they should be. Please don't be toxic to me cause I am a bit young and I also know about a couple errors that the car can have. I just need to take my time a readjust the lights on the mirrors and on the sides after that please tell me if there is any other things that's wrong with the car. I choose to put the whelen liberty on the car because I  live in orange county and I the whelen liberty is commonly used on the chevy impala and on the ford explorer. Anyways it was a pleasure making this car and i plan on making the ford explorer soon. Thanks For Reading and Downloading!!!!  btw the windshields are missing and I am aware of that and is solving the issue.

Installing the NovaBus LFS:
If you are installing for Bus Sim V:
1. Drag the ytf and ytd files into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bussim\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

If you are installing for other uses:
1. Drag the folder novabus into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add the following entry into mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

<Item>dlcpacks:/novabus/</Item>

The main reason for these specific instructions is due to how GTA V spawns the color of the bus.
If not installed properly, the bus can spawn with very weird colors.
 


To change liveries with SNT, bus signage uses livery1. Main bus livery uses livery2.

I have been into making LEO trucks recently. I just wanted to make a more modern unmarked pickup. Since the last two I have released were 08's. This truck is still a WIP so there will be issues.

This is the latest gameconfig.xml by @dilapidated, @PNWParksFan, and the RDE Team. A modified gameconfig is required for most add-on mods. We recommend installing this gameconfig using LML (Lenny's Mod Loader). If you are using LML, you can install this package using the Mod Manager, and it will load a working gameconfig.xml for the latest game version. You do not need to change the file in update.rpf, just load this package and you're ready to go.
 
You can also install this gameconfig manually by downloading the file, and copying gameconfig.xml from the "latest" folder to [mods]\update\update.rpf\common\data\.
