I wanted to know if there is a way to make other agencies patrol around that aren't in the default LSPDFR configuration settings like the Paleto Bay PD, Rockford Hills PD, Del Perro PD, and etc.

    I can't seem to use the troubleshooter...Everytime it says something about how it failed to obtain the correct folder permissions.
