How To Make Additional Agencies Patrol

So I'm sure this issue may have been addressed earlier but I can't find anything through a google search. I wanted to know if there is a way to make other agencies patrol around that aren't in the default LSPDFR configuration settings like the Paleto Bay PD, Rockford Hills PD, Del Perro PD, and etc.

This script will do just that! It adds jurisdictions and a number of customization options.
