Hey Inforus? Did you buy the game either via Steam or Epic Games or is it a retail version?

I was looking for a solution on google, and apparently all you have to do is verify your game files.

Re download Law and Order again along with Serve and Rescue. Hoping that you have a mods folder in your main GTA V directory and OpenIV installed too. After both files are done downloading, start up openiv, press Edit at the top. Then select Tools then select Package Installer, find the Law and Order open iv package, select it. A pop up will show asking if you want to install it into the mods foler, select the mods folder. After that is done, law and order will be installed, do the same thing for serve and rescue. Now 2 folders will be shown in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ eup and sup folders both with dlc.rpf in them. You'll also want to download EUP Vest EarPiece on this site, the folders you will need to put into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/eup_componentpeds.rpf are these; mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_christmas2017, mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_christmas2018, mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016, mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_heist3, mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_heist and the last one is mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood. You'll need to extract these folders from their original locations under mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpjanuary2016, mpheist, mpheist3, mpvinewood, mpchristmas2017 and mpchristmas2018. To do this, you'll need to go into mpjanuary2016/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages and either click or double click on mpjanuary2016_male.rpf. There will be a folder called mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016, right click it and choose extract to extract the files to whatever your downloads folder is. Do the same with mpchristmas2017, mpchristmas2018, mpheist, mpheist3 and mpvinewood. If you follow these steps one by one, then hopefully it will have worked. Are you trying to use els settings on non-els? You literally can't do that, the non-els vehicles are that, they do not function with ELS.

You really believe or think the modders on this site would upload files that contain viruses? If you do, then don't bother downloading anything since you might think it could contain a "virus" or false-positive.

I like the lighter theme as the dark hurts my eyes and I am no weirdo.

My guess is a lot of people who have problems with loading up lspdfr do not see or just simply ignore the big red banner.

Also, thank you to all the moderators, staff members for making this site come true ever since mods for gta iv were released. Here's to many more years of keeping this site running.

I use regular callouts and i get no problems, my guess is it's menyoo.

I've used ultimate backup without traffic policer and had no problems.
