i like the idea. it would be awesome if the devs would do that. i don't know id thats possible but it would be great. just think about the fact that you could replace every car in game with a cop car. I mean you could have like 20 diffrent police cars :D

sure just open up your els.ini (should be in your gta 4 root folder) and scroll down till ya see those lines: [ AMBULANCE ] Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 1 Color_Light1L = 0 Color_Light2L = 0 Color_Light3R = 0 Color_Light4R = 0 Color_Light7L = 3 Color_Light8C = 3 Color_Light9R = 3 Offst_SLights = 3 [ FBI ] Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 0 Color_Light2L = 0 Color_Light3R = 1 Color_Light4R = 1 Color_Light7L = 1 Color_Light8C = 1 Color_Light9R = 0 Offst_SLights = 0 and so one.. and now you just copy one of those text blocks and paste them under the existing once. And then you rename the [ FBI ] or [ police1] or whatever you copied to the name of the car you want els to work with.. i.e if you want the strech limo to be els activated it would look like that: [ STRETCH ] Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 0 Color_Light2L = 0 Color_Light3R = 0 Color_Light4R = 0 Color_Light7L = 3 Color_Light8C = 3 Color_Light9R = 3 Offst_SLights = 5 Edit// the canadian above me was faster xD

personaly i still use the xbox for offline and exclusive games.. what i love about the 360 is the ability to play your music in every game.. sounds like a very small thing but for me thats something that i really love specially in games with a lot o driving. And since i don't care about the GTA Multiplayer much i will most likely get it for xbox but there is no need for PS3/xbox fanboy stuff.. for me.. i love both consoles and they both can't mess with my PC (actually.. they can cause my PC isn't that great but you know what i mean :D)

What i want with life? i wanna reach Level 60 of course :D No seriously xD My Plan is: 1) Get the Money to do my Truck Driver's License as well as pass all of the tests you have to pass to be able to do that job (i'm on that) 2) Hire as..(suprise) a truck driver :D 3) Make all the special Licenses to drive dangerous stuff. 4) Drive a tank truck into a Wall 5) After a couple of years i want my own Business Thats my Plan right now. I'm planing on achive my ultimate goal to Build a small Business that makes enough Money for me to be well..not rich but you know..do allright. Thats the type of guy i am.. a hard working simple man xD Definetly not an easy job. But i can't think of doing an Office job or anything like that.

i never use wikipedia... i'm T.A.X.I :D The buildings and all of this stuff get paid from the R* big money pool (you know they do more than just GTA xD) so you can't really drop that on GTA And even if you right and just half of it is profit.. Thats still a hole lot of money so this point is well...pointless And so is the rest of your post buddy...R* makes sooo much money every year with Franchises like GTA,Max Payne,Midnight Club and what not. R* just fucked the PC Port of GTA IV up..(no excuses here) That has nothing to do with Money. They did a great job with the PC Version of Vice City and San Andreas sooooo All i was trying to tell ya is: R* definetly makes good Money with the PC Version... and i'm sure they won't stop it.. the best proof is that ALL (besides of Liberty City Stories,Chinatown Wars,Vice City Stories) where released on PC.. they wouln't do that if they wouldn't make money with it eh? i mean.. you can't fell a tree if your Axe is made out of Plastic :D

We are talking about a PC PORT.And (in IV' Case) a very pooly port. You may need a couple of 100.000 $ to port a game. (keep in mind that at this point the game was already finished.. they only need to port it to PC) soo let's do it again... If we assume that the Money R* spend to port the ame where set about 500.000$ Now let's assume (i like that word xD) that the PC version was sold just 2.000.000 times (a lot more where sold) And let's take your 30$ (just profit)...no.. you know what? let's not just cross the line, let's rip it and eat it and say R* just makes 10 bucks per Copy 2.000.000 x 10 (3.000.000 sold Copies and the 10$ that makes R* per sold copy in our Scenario) = 20,000.000 pure Profit for only the PC Version thats a gigantic Shitload of Money for almost nothing to do. (we are talking about real money not Canadian $ :D) That means that the PC Version of GTA is an easy and profit way for R* to make money... So it dosn't really matters if people buy it for both PC and Console. At the end of the Day the game will be sold for both the PC and the Console versions...BUT the effort it takes to make a PC Port are much more lower then making the game in the First place for the Consoles. BUT if just 1000 People (i'm not just talking about the LCPDFR Community.. we are talking about people all over the World and Canada) bought the game twice (for PC and Consoles) you get an even bigger shitload of money :D that's what i was trying to say in the first place eh? :D - TEXTSTORM ENDS -
