i think the major reason for the seaside citys in gta is the fact that an easy and natural way to end the map without cutting it off. But i agree with you. I would love a GTA version of chicago

you won't find a "one click" solution. it'S not working like that. You'll need to put an effort into it or maybe get someone else to do it. But i'm sure there is nothing like a "make your own channelart in 5 minutes" program

i doubt that we're gonna see something like charlotte in a gta (i love NC but sorry. i don't see that happening :D ) I would like to go back to Vice City to be honest. But San Fierro would be great too. If we're gonna have a new city...pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaase make it chicago. Or..another crazy idea...how about a modern day New Austin? (you now ? the state in R*'s Red Dead Redemption?)

In der ELS.ini gibt es diese Zeile hier: FlashDelay_Sp = 0 // (0-5) Lower value for faster ELS lights in SP 0 = Ist am schnellsten 5 = Ist am langsamsten. Wie oder ob sich das auch auf Rotators auswirkt ist jedoch ne andere Sache. Ich hab 3 Models mit Rotator Lightbars getestet und von denen 2 lief am ende nur 1 schneller. (Das war der CVPI aus Lt.Caine's neusten Pack)

Hi guys! I'm looking for a Chevy Impala with an Whelen Edge 9000 lightbar. (alternatively a 08-10 Charger) i was searching around but the only one i could found was on a 2012 Charger. Anyone knows about one?

I can't wait to see what mods the community is going to make over the nest 3-5 years. i'll hope we get a "GTA HD United" map mod at some point, with some bored guys converting LC into GTAV. That would be F'N awesome!

what c13 said. OP don't forget that every system is diffrent and everyone is using diffrent mods. For me 1.0c is way more stable. I was able to play for 1 hour with out a single crash. People seem to forget that this is a mod after all. GTA IV orignaly dosen't even support mods. And crashes are part of the modeling experience in GTA. If you get alot of crashes you might want to uninstall some of your mods and see if it works better for you.
