I don't think it is that easy. I don't think every PD would take the same side. Maybe some Departments would stay loyal to the Gov. while others would join the revolution. I don't think every single officer would be fighting for ONE side. Thats a decision everyone has to make for them self.

Stuff like this make every cop in the world look bad. I hate that fucking shit. Those are the guys that makes people scream "fuck the police" whenever you say you like law enforcement. Fucking hell. If you can't behave yourself don't become a COP! To be honest. I didin't know Philly had such a bad problem with it's PD. Anyone here knows why that is?
