reinstall ultimate backup and try again

what is your plugin timeout threshold set to? (in rage settings main page)

start the game normally without rage and try again

before you reinstall the hole game go to steam and right click on gta and hit property's then go to local files and hit verify integrity of game files

delete rage and lspdfr and reinstall them

try to delete all files from lspdfr and rage(drag and drop files and hit replace and right before you click of right click and hit delete) and reinstall them again

hey, did you do anything to your game, lspdfr, ect?

you have the f4 trainer installed right? that trainer has a option saying keybindings in options turn this off you you will be good to go
