You don't have to be online to load up GTA, I can play offline just fine. You just have to be online the first time for authentication which I have done. I can also run LSPDFR 0.31 just fine with no problems. The problem is that 0.4 has an online component to it that will not allow LSPDFR to run without internet connection. I was just wondering if there was a way around it.

So that this can be played completely offline? Anytime I try to play without internet, it crashes. But it works fine on the rare chance that I can connect to the internet by taking my computer somewhere else.

Still looking to see if there's any way to run this completely offline, any ideas? Any way to disable LSDPFR trying to connect to the internet?

Is there a way to turn that off or no?

What I mean by offline is completely disconnected from the internet. GTA 5 runs fine online and offline. LSPDFR runs fine online, but crashes anytime I try to run it while not having internet. I'm in a bit of a unique situation where I'm in a place that does not currently have internet, but when I hooked my computer up to a place that does have internet, LSPDFR ran fine. So I guess my question is, does ragehook or lspdfr require an internet connection? I dont remember seeing that anywhere. I realize I'm in the vast minority of people without access to internet all the time, but I just wondered if there was anything I could do to fix it, or if it simply just needs an internet connection to work. So here's another weird thing. I was able to get LSPDFR to run, while connected to the internet. But whenever I tried to play it without internet, it the lspdfr.dll would crash every time. LSPDFR doesn't require the internet though does it? Or did I miss that somewhere.

I am stumped with why LSPDFR is not working correctly. I've played it before in the past (not 0.4) and it worked fine. I'm thinking maybe I'm just missing something obvious but for the life of me I can't figure out what it is. GTA 5 works and runs fine. But whenever I try to run LSPDFR it crashes. If I try and load it in-game, it says LSPDFR.dll has crashed and terminates it after about 10 seconds of trying to load it. If I have rage hook load it at the beginning, I get an infinite black screen with lspdfr loading down in the bottom right corner. Have tried turning off anti-virus. Have tried running ragehook in administrator mode. Have tried upping the plugin timer threshhold to a higher number. The only other thing I can think of is maybe my GTA 5 doesn't have the latest patch. But I'm not finding any updates through steam.
