    Just a side note, if you want the game to look even more vintage, download some vintage cars to replace the civilian vehicles.

    If I'm correct, you don't add the whole pack to the agency.xml
    You add the individual vehicles to there.
     
    For example if I downloaded an addon pack called 'LSPD Pack' and inside that LSPD pack were 2 cars, LSPD1 and LSPD2.
    You don't put <Vehicle>LSPD Pack</Vehicle>
    you put <Vehicle>LSPD1</Vehicle> 
    and         <Vehicle>LSPD2</Vehicle>

    So you've installed the retro pack but the retro pack doesn't replace all the police slots. Am I correct?
