    any reason why It wouldnt be working.. installed them excatly how they were in the zip file.... drag and dropped in my main GTA folder

    if your referring to the laptop screens in police vehicle, then yes I have the same issue. What I found out, is you can change settings in the Visualsettings.XML In OpenIV. First, find your Visualsettings.xml, which, if you do not know already is located in Mods>Update>Update.rpf>Common>Data, drag the Visualsettings to your desktop and open with notepad++ or whatever application you use to open those kind of text documents, once opened, find these two lines "Car.default.day.emissive.on" and "Car.default.night.emissive.on" change "Car.default.day.emissive.on" to 350.00 and change "Car.default.night.emissive.on" to 120.00. Then save, and drag and drop back into OpenIV and it should fix that issue.

    So EUP Is causing issues? my entire issue was I could not get passed the loading when I selected "Go On Duty", It loads for a second, freezes and exits to my desktop..

    Game has been uninstalled, for now. May decide to re-install at a later date, may not.. thanks for your help in all this!

    did both.. STILL crashing when loading back to police station from selecting custom character.. I GIVE UP.....UGH!! **UPDATE** I Excluded GTA.exe, RageHookV.exe and the "GrandTheftAutoV" Folder from my Antivirus, though STILL crashing when loading back to police station from selecting custom character! RagePluginHook.log

    would that help the game from crashing? I can load in-game, last crash that happened was when i was loading back to a police station from a custom character selection
