  1. The state police liveries are probably already out there on LSPDFR, just might have to go hunting. The other two departments shouldn't be hard either. I'll look into it.
  2. As I stated previously, these things always derail into political debates. People spend more time arguing about what they believe than trying to help those affected by this tragedy. 🤔

  7. Unfortunate how events like this always fold out into a political debate. As a Kansas City native who can remember only a few short years ago when we had our own mass hate-crime similar to this, I can tell you, it's best to leave this at sending prayers and help to those affected. No point in turning this into a worthless debate. Do guns work? Yes. Do they prevent crime? Yes. Do we know if it would've worked here in this EXACT situation? No. Is everyone a hero? No. Lets keep it clean and simple. Not everything needs to be politicized.

  9. Hey there, What do you mean by motorcycle skin? Are you looking for a vanilla police bike motorcycle? There should be a template of it somewhere on LSPDFR, you can always attempt to use photo editing software to create your own cool skins. As for the mod part, that may be on your part. I usually throw it into the latest patchday and rename all parts of the file to whatever I want it to be... such as "sheriff" or "police2" I'll keep my eye out for vanilla skins and templates. Hope this helps!
  10. I find it pretty fishy you don't have photos of these skins in-game. Trust me buddy, I didn't understand how to throw in cars until recently, but it isn't hard. Stop complaining about it and see if anyone can post some photos.
  11. Unfortunately not at the moment. I'll keep looking for them.
  12. This seems to be a problem on your side, not LSPDFR's. (Could be, however.) Can you run a download/upload internet speed test? This could be a problem with your ISP (Internet-Service-Provider), I suggest contacting them on this matter if this problem occurs on other websites as well.
  13. Yes siree, this will run GTA5 well enough for you to play without interruptions at around 60fps (Depending on your settings.). As the other member suggested above, I suggest buying/picking and building everything yourself, MUCH cheaper! :^)
  14. This process requires zmodeler3.
  15. It looks like your texture is the problem, if you look at your photo you provided, you can see the blue boxes are intruding onto the white tailgate. I suggest painting those white and sending another photo of that.

  16. So heres the deal, I veered off course and decided that a New-Mexico G&F pack would be better. Will be releasing shortly.
  17. The Missouri State Highway Patrol has been using explorers and chargers for quite some time now... ...there is a skin pack currently being created. It's a southern Missouri pack, but it does include the MSHP. I'll look into it and see what I can find.
  18. May have. Full honesty, was busy at work lol. But yes, you do make quite a good statement. Working to stop the issue before it occurs is always the best plan of action.
  19. I wanted to take a deeper look into the idea of British Police officers not wishing to carry firearms. From my sources, I found an interesting list. A lot of this information is becoming dated (over 10 years old), so if you do have recent statistics, please let me know. Considering this information is twelve years old, I'd like to see more recent information, especially with the recent events unfolding in the U.K. I'd assume that this 82% would have decreased, and those who do want firearms have increased. Both of these quotes are interesting to look at. Again, old information. However, I found this quote to be generally concerning. If an officer, or even a normal citizen, doesn't feel safe carrying a firearm, then they shouldn't handle a firearm. Although I would like to see what he means by 'it changes things', does he mean behavior differences? I have to unfortunately disagree with this statement. Although the United Kingdom is quite successful with their disarming tactics, as a gun toting freedom loving American, I personally feel that a handgun, or some sort of defense from any sort of emergency, is well needed for these men and women who uphold the law. Until I can see any statistics that prove that officers not carrying a service firearm (or any sort of defense) prevent more crimes than those in a select area (or that of a closest resemblance to a UK city) to the United States. I also found something similar to this on the articles I've been skimming through. Again, culture difference between the two countries. 20. Thank you for letting me know more on the U.K. firearm/police issue, I always appreciate insight, especially being across the ocean. On the other hand, I find it shocking to see that numerous officers do not wish to handle firearms, however looking through the very podcast that I enjoyed watching myself, he (the British officer) does bring up a good point about the difference in culture between US and UK officers. It's difficult to look at both sides of the fence, considering that fence is a vast and large ocean. I'm glad to hear the government is starting to realize their mistake of the cutting of the officers. Less officers is never a good thing, nor should it occur in a world where crime is vastly changing and adapting to the new age.
