Im pretty sure that one version of that postal map the minimap doesn't work and on the older version it does.

My price roof tends to be around $60 and that is for games that I really want to get. Beyond that is just excessive to me.

If its a mods folder issue, best you can do is remove what you have installed to the mods folder one-by-one until you find what is causing that bug.

Like I said earlier, keep the folder in which you have everything installed to and rename it to _mods. With the folder named as _mods, that will disable the mods folder so that none of the mods will turn on when the game is launched. It is a diagnostic step that can be reversed.

CommonDataFramework.dll is incorrectly installed to the Plugins folder and causing a crash. I cannot remember precisely where it goes though. It might be the Main Directory.

Chill Callouts is crashing because you are missing Traffic Policer.

So you can grab the folder it requires from update/x64/dlcpacks. Then copy the folder it wants and paste it into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. That is how you add stuff not in the mods folder.
