Rename mods to _mods and try again.

If you need to send another log, please send the correct one. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder. Those crash reports don't exactly tell us much.

Go into the visualsettings.dat file in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and change the following to reflect below:
car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1700.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1100.00

You have made a mistake editing an XML files. Please revert any changes made or re-install the default xml that you edited recently.

If you are still crashing, please send the RPH Crash Log again. It's a txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.

That is because your mods folder is disabled. What happens if you name the folder back to mods?

You can find the update for it here. You will want to download the RAGEPluginHook_1_122_pursuit_crashes_test.zip.

If that works, rename it back to mods and do the following:
1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If that does not work, remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the issue, you might have to restart the mods folder.

Install this version of ScriptHookV.NET. If that does not work, you simply cannot use ScriptHookV.NET.

You need AdvancedHookV.dll installed. Its a requirement. Install the one that comes with ELS 1.05. If still experiencing a similar crash after doing that, send the ELS.log and asiloader.log.

Make sure you have the updated CommonDataFramework for Riskier Traffic Stops. Re-install Riskier Traffic Stops.
 
If still getting the same crash, try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus and then re-installing Riskier Traffic Stops and restarting your PC.

In this instance, you are correct. This does appear to be a bug with LSPDFR. It is currently being looked into.

This is most likely the mods folder like already said. The issue isn't a conflict with the game, but rather a custom model conflicting with LSPDFR. Rename it to _mods and play for a bit and see if LSPDFR crashes. 

If it does not crash, rename it back to mods and do the following:
1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If those do not work, remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to remake the mods folder.

Rename mods to _mods and see if you get any LSPDFR crashes.

This is covered in the IPT FAQ. If you have any further issues, please send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

Try launching GTA V normally first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH.

This was an issue with StopThePed xml. You can simply reload and keep playing. These are bound to happen.

You appear to be missing RageNativeUI. Please ensure that you install the .dll and .xml into the Main Directory.

Unfortunately no. It is near impossible to know exactly what is wrong when it's a mods folder issue.
 
Im pretty sure if you have the 2025 one, it doesn't require LSPDFR+, as they removed that connection. Double check that you do.

You go to the weapons section of the agency you want to edit and remove the lines for pump shotgun and carbine rifle.

Best advice I can give you is do this:
1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If those do not work, remove what you have installed and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Well it looks like StopThePed loaded fine. One thing to check is go into your trainer that you are using and make sure that Everyone Ignore Player and Never Wanted are set to Off. That might be stopping them from responding.

I did notice that you have PyroCommon missing from the Main Directory which is needed for SuperCallouts/ Deadly Weapons to load. Make sure you move that file there.
