As an absolute last resort you can completely clean your Main Directory and try vanilla LSPDFR and see if it crashes. But I highly don't recommend doing that for right now.

    Just to let you know when going on foot pursuit it doesnt crash but for vehicle pursuit as soon as the enemy blip shows in the minimap lspdfr crashes

    I assume the issue hasn't gotten fixed yet , just wanted to let you know downgrading rph and lspdfr to the previous version along with downgrading gta itself seems to fix the issue and now lspdfr doesnt crash. so I assume downgrading is the only fix atm.
