From what I can tell, it belongs in Plugins. @Andrewss, try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install Traffic Yield and restart your PC.

 
 
They don't have Ultimate Backup installed which is why HoldYourFire isn't working. They will have to install Ultimate Backup.

There was quite a few issues:
1. Make sure you have installed this version of ScriptHookV.NET to the Main Directory and NOT into Plugins/LSPDFR.
2. It looks like the NAudio.WinMM file is missing for MoveThatPed.
3. There was also an error thrown for Interior Callouts. "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." This more than likely is caused by the mods folder.
4. Lastly, the main error itself was "Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute.' from LMS.Common. I would start by renaming the LSPDFR folder in Plugins to _LSPDFR and play for a bit to see if the issue persists.

Honestly you might be at the point of having to start fresh. Im not sure where else the texture issues are coming from.

Could be wrong but the description of the download says it is designed for FiveM. Could that be why it is not spawning? I'm not the best with ymap related issues.

One of the plugins did not like Numpad1 as a keybind setting. Can you please updated RagePluginHook crash log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

Try adding the GTA V Main Directory and the RAGEPluginHook.exe to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and repeat the process I put in my post above.

Please send the asiloader.log and screenshot the Main Directory.

As for replacement vehicles, please ensure you have installed them to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2025_01\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

If you use NVE, make sure they go in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NVE_Vehicles.

Couple of things:
1. To fix the F4 game crash, install this version of ScriptHookV.NET.
2. In the second post, you have your dlclist.xml entries wrong. Please remove the gaps between them to make them looks like the entries above simplehud and remove the extra lines for simplehud.

You have the gameconfig installed incorrectly. Using OpenIV, install it to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. And try installing this gameconfig instead of the one you currently have installed.

Open Plugins/LSPDFR. Screenshot that.

Re-install RageNativeUI. It is throwing several errors.

Go to the LSPDFR Download Page. Click Download This File. Select the LSPDFR Pursuit Test download. Download and install it like you would manual LSPDFR. Test.

Go to mods > update > update.rpf > common > data in OpenIV. Then go to the visualsettings.dat and change the following to reflect below:
car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1700.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1100.00

While I cannot think of an outright technical fix for this, you can use Clean ALL The Things.

You are missing the Settings folder for Policing Redefined. Please re-download and install that folder. It belongs in Plugins/LSPDFR/PolicingRedefined.

Start by removing the Disable Controls just to test. See if you can access the weapon wheel then.

From the RPH Discord, it says to do the following:
1. Add the Main Directory and the RagePluginHook.exe to the exceptions list for Windows Defender. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC.

2. If that does not work, you can always disable Windows Defender before starting up RagePluginHook and then re-enable it once it has passed Validating Hook on the splash screen. Note: you will have to do this every time you launch RagePluginHook.

That is indeed a false positive. See here.

Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000. You can do that in the first tab of the RagePluginHook Settings.

It appears that an xml you edited could be incorrect. It could be from Ultimate Backup but both of those loaded successfully. 

Error: "The '=' character, hexadecimal value 0x3D, cannot be included in a name. Line 538, position 16."

I don't necessarily think that Policing Redefined caused this. The original crash came from RadioRealismFR. In turn, RadioRealismFR crashing caused Section136Callouts to crash which then caused a crash in Policing Redifined.

However, back to the original issue, try a re-install of RadioRealismFR and see if the issue persists. If it does, you may have to remove the plugin.

Rename _mods back to mods and do the following:
1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If that does not work, that pack may simply be bad and you will have to remove it.

Rename mods to _mods and try again.
