Using Windows File Explorer navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V/update. Copy the update.rpf into: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update If you currently have an update2.rpf file in this directory - delete it.
Once done, rename _mods back to mods and test.

1. Go into the lspdfr folder and open the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
2. It appears there was an issue with a Rage.Ped during a callout. This is most likely due to custom peds. Rename mods to _mods and attempt the Arrest Warrant callout again.

I get that people want to play now, but it will ultimately be more of a hassle for you in the long run.

Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters.
If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

1. Update: Riskier Traffic Stops, Special Callouts, and SuperCallouts.
2. Remove: Callout Manager, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), More Radio Chatter, Section136Callouts, and Wilderness Callouts.
3. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0
4. You are having issues with a Rage.Vehicle in relation to a plugin. After trying the above and you are still having crashes, rename mods to _mods and try again.
