1. Go into the the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0
2. It looks like there was an issue with a Rage.Vehicle/Rage.Ped. Rename mods to _mods and try again.

1. Install the gameconfig, heap, and packfile adjusters.
2. If that doesnt work, remove what you have added recently one by one and test after each removal.
3. If you still cant find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.

1. Update: Arrest Manager, Assorted Callouts, PoliceSmartRadio,Traffic Policer, and LSPDFR+.
2. Remove: United Callouts and Traffic Control for an improved experience.
3. As per your crash, if you are still having issues after trying the above, rename mods to _mods and retry.

2. Plugins That May Cause Issues: S136 Callouts (version checker issue).
3. Move: Albo1125.Common from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.
4. Go into the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory and change the following to reflect below:
MainPreloadAllModels = false
5. Go into your RagePluginHook Settings and change the Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000.

1. Update: 686 Callouts, Dynamic Callouts, and Kuchera Callouts.
2. Remove: AutoPanic, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), Dangerous Callouts, DynamicLSPDFR, Emergency Callouts, IG Callouts, OfficerPorciPlugin, Wilderness Callouts, and WoutersCalloutsV for a better experience.
3. Move: CalloutZ files from Plugins to Plugins/LSPDFR.
4. Re-download SuperCallouts and move CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll to your Main Directory as you are missing it.
Keep in mind, the error itself you had appears to be directly related to AutoPanic. So, like I said earlier, remove it.

Then restart your PC and try again. If that still doesnt help, consult the section in the RPH FAQ relating to your error.

UnknownBastion's post in Game crashing when I reload all plugins was marked as the answerYou are still having the same error as before. Try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install Ransom Ambience and ensure the the Newtonsoft.Json.Dll is installed to only the Main Directory and nowhere else. Once that is done, restart your PC and test again.
If you are still having the same crash, you can remove it to fix the issue.

3. Go into your lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
Post a log again if you have further issues.

UnknownBastion's post in Game crashing during loading screen. was marked as the answerThat would be correct. What you need to do is rename _ELS back to ELS and then remove the ELS files you installed one by one and test after each removal. That will help you find what xml is broken.

UnknownBastion's post in Els files not showing as XML was marked as the answerTo answer the question of eternally changing it, what you can do is the following:
1. Select one of the xml files.
2. Right Click and select Open With... and then choose at the bottom Choose Another App.
3. Select whichever program you want it to open with and then at the bottom choose Always use this app to open.
You may have to refresh the File Explorer window for it to take effect. And at the most, restart PC.
