This is an issue with ScriptHookV.NET. You can try using the updated one found here. If that does not work, you simply cannot use ScriptHookV.NET or anything that requires it.

The pressing F4 issue is from ScriptHookV.NET. You can try using this version. However, if that does not work, you simply cannot use ScriptHookV.NET.

English only please. The other option it may be is BetterEMS. Though I am definitely certain it is one of the plugins by PNWParksFan.

Then yeah, like I said above, you can remove the meta entries for the last vehicle you installed and see if that is the problem.

Update RageNativeUI by dragging the dll and xml into the Main Directory.

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename it back to mods and do the following:
1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If that doesn't work, remove what you added recently and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.

1. Consider Removing: DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), Dangerous Callouts, Emergency Callouts, IG Callouts, JM Callouts Remastered, Leroy Callouts, MoreRadioChatter, Narcos, OfficerPorciPlugin (now RadioRealismFR), Oj Manhunt, OP Immersive Dispatch (Now included with GrammarPolice), PeterUCallouts, Regular Callouts, Typical Callouts, and United Callouts.
2. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true
3. You are missing Newtonsoft.Json. Download it from here and install it to the Main Directory.
4. Grammar Police threw an error at InitializeSpeechRecognitionEngine. You want to go to plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\documentation and follow the steps in the Language.txt.

The error was pertaining to Callout Manager. It is outdated and I suggest you remove it. You can use Callout Interface instead. Additionally, I suggest removing Wilderness Callouts. Its outdated and I believe Forestry Callouts is a good substitute. 
 
Additionally, it is best to post the log as a new post. Editing the original one show as a notification for me.

You are having issues with PyroCommon. You can update that by re-installing it from SuperCallouts.

Unfortunately there is not. Best you can do is remove stuff from the mods folder one by one and test after each removal.

The log you sent has been modified in some way (i.e. parts were deleted from it). In the future, please send the file as it is. You could try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and try again. If there are still issues, send an updated log.

1. CleanUpTheMess, IG Callouts, Lore Callouts, MetroCallouts3, MoreRadioChatter, Regular Callouts, and United Callouts have been known to cause issues. It is suggested to remove them for the best experience, though not required.
2. You had a GrammarPolice issue regarding the SpeechRecognitionEngine. Go to plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\documentation and follow the instructions in the Language.txt to fix the problem.
 
Lastly, I will point out the last thing that occurred in the log was MoreRadioChatter. That combined with it having known issues, it may be best to remove it.

It could very well be that. Map mods are the absolute worst to get working and half the time dont even work.

Not sure what you mean because your plugins did load. If you mean it crashed, I see a couple reasons. One of them being that LSPDFR/RPH could not recognize the hash for your FBI2 vehicle and as such, using ForceDuty caused it to crash.

Go into the RagePluginHook Settings and increase the Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000.

If the crash is happening when pressing F4, then this is most likely caused by ScriptHookV.NET. You can try updating SHV.NET from here. If you still get the same crash after doing that step, you will simply not be able to use ScriptHookV.NET and anything that requires it.

Are you installing the replace vehicles here: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2024_01\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf?

You are missing the VehicleSet close tag called </VehicleSet> in the section listed above. You can find that specific line by using a program like Notepad++. I believe the xml that is incorrect is either CustomRegions or the backup one?

If you have ScriptHookV.NET, please install this version. If still not working, remove ScriptHookV.NET.
