You have two mods folders. mods and mods - Copy. You should only have one. Identify which one has your vehicles and mods in it and get rid of the other one. Then test.

Just to test, rename mods to _mods and see if you experience any texture loss at all.

If it is crashing, rename mods to _mods and then redo the steps I put in my original response.

And what if you launch GTA V first. Then once in story mode and tab out and launch RPH. Does it crash then?

Definitely Sandy Shores or Paleto Bay. They are much less dense and there are some nice game sounds out there. I don't know if it plays out in the desert or just the city, but I really like the sound of like a motor cycle speeding off in the distance. It adds ambience to the game.

You can go into the lspdfr/data folder and edit the appropriate xml files to get rid of the other ones. You will also have to adjuster the LSPD agency to cover the rest of the map. That is not the correct log. You have sent an old one. Send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.
