Jacksbats

Earlier today I was able to play fine, then I installed the latest version of ragepluginhook and stop the ped. When I opened the game it got stuck on a black screen for 10 seconds and crashed, a box came up saying like "ragepluginhook has crashed we will generate a report and this can take a minute" or something like that, I waited about an hour and nothing came up so I closed it. Tried removing ragepluginhook and stoptheped, now cant even get lspdfr to work without them, tried reinstalling it, and I have no mods and no plugins installed right now and there still isnt a difference. I have tried using heapadjuster and packfilelimit adjuster, neither worked, tried increasing the numbered thing in ragepluginhook's settings from 10000 to 60000 but it didnt work and I tried running ragepluginhook as administrator and still no difference. I almost forgot to mention that when I removed lspdfr I tried to run the game without it and it worked fine so it has to be ragepluginhook or lspdfr thats doing it.
