It is installed correctly. Try adding the Main Directory and the RageNativeUI.dll to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install RageNativeUI and restart your PC and try again.

Launch GTA V normally first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH.

Sometimes you might have to create a new folder on the desktop. Name it whatever. After downloading the file, move the oiv file into that created folder and then attempt to install it via OpenIV. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

The version of RageNativeUI in your log is still old. Please update it using the one I linked above. Also remove Fire Callouts. It has been known to cause issues.

If you have not installed any uniform packs, then those messed up clothes may just be a botched EUP install. Install the following: EUP Law and Order EUP Serve and Rescue (Optional) EUP Menu EUP Configs Then test again.

Show me the top of the Main Directory please.

If it is the mods folder, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that does not work, remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

The Dev of ScriptHookV is in the Ukraine. Updates may take longer. Also depends on what needs to be changed within ScriptHookV.
