Have you tried putting the x64e.rpf file into your mods folder, and then putting them in there?

The reason for the crash is probably because the ELS vehicles no longer exist.

I am not sure what that has to do with asking you to place your RPH Crash Log in the thread. To find it do this: 1. Go to the Main Directory. 2. Find the text file called: "RagePluginHook" 3. Post it here. Thanks!

It also looks like the error was for police3 as well. Could be wrong though.
