Ah okay. I was a little confused cause there was no plugin in the LSPDFR folder that matched the ???. Thanks!

You may have to re-add the replacement vehicles in, but I could be wrong. There may be a way of copying what is needed for the replacement stuff from the old ones then adding in the new update.rpf and then putting the old stuff back in, but that would be like re-installing it. As for the massive lag, that could be a number of things. Most likely if you have a lot of addon or replace vehicles, it can cause issues with lag. My game currently only has LSPDFR 0.4 and RPH with Simple Trainer and it runs fine. But as soon as I add addon vehicles or replace vehicles, I start to get texture loss and occasional lag. The RPH Log was included, it is the crashreport.txt file. 🙂

Just to add on to what he said here. More specifically, if you have McAfee, you must disable it, as you cannot create an exception with McAfee.

Did you re-download and re-install RPH after disabling or turning off your firewall?

To add on here, if you a McAfee then you wont be able to make an exception, so just turn it off.

Here is what I suggest you do, go down the list of plugins and remove each one and test it. I really am not sure the exact one that is causing the issue, but it has to be one of the plugins. Thanks! 🙂
