Like the others said, as long as it is a legit version of the game and your PC can run it, you can play LSPDFR.

Hello! These are all very good questions! I will attempt to answer as best as I can. Keep in mind that these answers are in regards to LSPDFR, RPH, and related plugins. For use of LSPDFR, RPH, OpenIV, and any trainer you use: you can use it in Single player and not Multiplayer. This being said, it is a good idea to have multiple backups of the base game so that you can transition from a modded version to a vanilla version in a swift manner. I think ELS is a critical mod for realism. While the base sirens and lights provide an okay route for realism, having the ability to change the patterns is a good plus and having separate patterns for what you are doing. Another mod that goes hand-in-hand with ELS, is Modern Siren Packs. Same with ELS, the standard siren is alright, but it is nice to have more realistic sounding one when in a pursuit. It sounds a lot crisper and smoother than the default one.

Hello, So, you have two issues. First, to solve the anti-virus issue, you need to create an exception for RPH. Second, for the crash, you need to unblock the files in LSPDFR. To do that, follow these steps: 1. Re-download LSPDFR. 2. On your desktop, create a new folder and title it: "LSPDFR". 3. Extract the downloaded files into the folder you just made. 4. For each file in the download, right click and select properties and then check the box next to "Unblock". Hope That Helps! 🙂
