Based on the log, LSPDFR is attempting to load twice. Let it load on startup.

Couple of things: 1. Update: Assorted Callouts, Special Callouts, and Traffic Policer. 2. Remove: belicCallouts, Callout Manager, CalloutsV, Dangerous Callouts, Dangerouse Callouts Not Deleted, Emergency Callouts, FBI Callouts, High Priority, APIExample, Immersive Dispatch (use Grammar Police instead), PeterUCallouts, Pragmatic Callouts, Regular Callouts, RichAmbience, Speedy Pursuit, and WoutersCalloutsV. 3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to your Main Directory. 4. Re-install: Manual LSPDFR as you are missing files. And Ransom Ambience as the crash you experienced related to that plugin. 5. If you are still having issues, rename mods to _mods and try again.

Add the Main Directory to the exceptions for your anti-virus. Re-install manual LSPDFR. Restart PC. Try again.

This log doesnt even have LSPDFR loaded. Is it the game crashing or does a message pop up specifically saying that LSPDFR crashed?

Was just about to ask for a screenshot of the Main Directory to see what else you had installed. haha Anyways, try using this version of SHV.NET and see if that helps.

What happens if you launch normal GTA V?

I did a double check of the wiki and this currently is not a thing, though it would be nice to have.

If you have ScriptHookV.dll installed, remove it temporarily and test.

What is this GSOD you speak of?

That means there is something in the mods folder causing a problem. You can try: 1. Installing a gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters. 2. If that still doesnt work, you can revert what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. 3. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart your mods folder. No but I would rather figure out if the mods folder was the issue before diving further down that path.
