Either way, your crashing error pertains to bad weapon models. You can remove them one by one and test after each removal or restart your mods folder.

Remove ScriptHookV.dll and try again.

If you want to see newer releases, then you can look here. Keep in mind that newer doesn't always mean stable. Pretty much every callout pack will have it's flaws, game-breaking or otherwise. If you are looking for something absolutely perfect, you will be left with no callout packs installed.

Then there is an issue with the mods folder. As for your crashes, send the RPH Crash Log. Its a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.

Because more than likely the problem can be resolved. But 686 Callouts is one of the better packs out there and the Author is still providing updates and support for it. More than can be said about other packs.

For the weapon error, rename mods to _mods and try again. This happens because you havent loaded LSPDFR via the RPH F4 Console. You need to do that.

When you installed the gameconfig, did you also install the Heap and Packfile Adjusters?

Add it back in. Go into your ELS/pack_default and remove the xml files one by one and test after each removal to find the problem xml file.
