  1. Add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then try again.
  2. Try removing the custom vehicle you installed.
  3. Did you go into your lspdfr.ini and edit the Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter to be true like I asked?
  4. Try launching normal GTA V first. Then once in storymode, tab out and launch RPH.
  5. Appears that you are having a permissions issue. Right click your Main Directory folder and select Properties. In the window that opens, go to the Security Tab and select Advanced. Then give Full Control to the groups System, Administrator, and User. Then select the "Replace all child object perms" box. Hit OK. Then proceed to add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Once that is done, re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then try again. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  6. Couple of things: 1. Update: Riskier Traffic Stops and SuperCallouts. 2. Remove: IG Callouts and Regular Callouts for an improved experience. 3. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true 4. There was an error with the SpeechRecognitionEngine in Grammar Police. See the IPT FAQ in relation to this. 5. If you are still having issues after all that, rename mods to _mods and try again. Keep in mind, the crash itself related to SuperCallouts. So updating your version should fix that issue. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  7. While this is an older post, neither of those are outdated. I suggest removing IG Callouts for an improved experience. Additionally, go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
  8. Revert the changes you made and test again. If you cant find the problem, you can get the original from update\update.rpf\common\data and paste it into mods\update\update.rpf\common\data.
  9. Have you edited those vehicles or meta entries for those vehicles recently?
  10. I heard one person saying it "was fixed" but they provided no proof. So for now, yeah it still isn't working. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  11. You will simply have to keep removing to find out what was causing the issue. Or if you dont want to spend the time doing that, you will need to restart.
  12. You have an issue with whatever XML you recently edited. The 'VehicleSet' start tag on line 456 position 5 does not match the end tag of 'LosSantosCounty'. Line 476, position 5. This could either be the UltimateBackup CustomRegions/DefaultRegions or one of the base LSPDFR xmls. Please find the section mentioned above in the error message in the appropriate XML and edit it to be correct. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  13. Then it wasn't those so keep removing. Delete it and make a new one. Unfortunately, you will have to if you can't find the issue in the mods folder. Nothing more we can do to help you.
  14. Things you can try: 1. Install the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters. 2. If that doesnt work, remove what you have added recently one by one and test after each removal. 3. If none of that works, restart the mods folder.
  15. Rename mods to _mods and try again. If you dont have a mods folder, screenshot the Main Directory.
  16. Last I checked, you can't add exceptions with McAfee (which is the av the OP said they had). It's what makes it the worst anti-virus out there, arguably. What they can do is revert back to Windows Defender, then add the exception, then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart their PC. If that still isnt working for them, they should consult pages 3-5 in the RPH FAQ.
  17. That is not the correct log. You need to send the RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder NOR is it an rcr file.
  18. Try using this version of SHV.NET.
  19. Find the ini file for ScriptHookV.NET in our Main Directory. Then change the keybind to open that console to something other than F4. Then go in-game again and press F4. See if that opens the RPH Console.
  20. Couple of things: 1. Remove: United Callouts for improved performance. 2. Go into your lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true 3. If you are still getting crashes after trying the above, rename mods to _mods and try again.
  21. Could be an option for certain plugins. Not sure.
