I fixed the problem that'd cause the locals to floor it when you finish mimicking them. Change ElsTrafCtrlOn from true to false in the ELS.ini.- 3,646 comments

I'm glad to see this updated for 0.4 i do have one issue though.. when mimicking a vehicle it works fine but once i stop mimicking it'll floor it and cancel the traffic stop.
