well extra_1_g_L0 should crash you almost instantly.. however what I do when I need to rename an extra is after extra_1_L0 is used I replace L0 with _a1 so for example Extra_1 - Extra_1_L0 - Extra_1_a1 - Extra_1_a2 etc etc

Kinksta released it unlocked so you don't need permission, only ask for permission if the model wasn't released Publicly (unlocked) and no I don't unfortunately... the car models listed in that thread will give you everything you need to learn and eventually make your own models like I do now
