I Would help but I really can't understand what you're asking, the Spelling and Grammar is a big problem in this thread.

My Tips are to Look up Certain Department Facebook Pages most Departments show their new Cars off on the Facebook and Twitter Pages, Either that or you see them in the background of certain events where pictures are taken and posted, Also Look up News Channels in the Area of a Certain Department A lot of News channels use B-Roll Footage of the Police cars on scene while they talk about what happened that involved the Police..
