It's an ELS Spotlight, I'f you do not have Corona Takedowns Enabled in your ELS Config File, When you hit the Takedowns in game the White will Over ride the Warning lights and Flash Steady like the real thing.

I'f Prostitution is legalized the Pimps will be Forced to find another Job or Pay Taxes on Prostitution since a Good Chunk of The Customers are going to go to a LEGAL Source of Prostitution, they may have their Habits yes but if given the choice to go about that habit the Legal way 7 times out of 10 they will, and about the Second part Yes Illegal Prostitution wont get Completely Taken Down because of the legalization However it will be Reduced Drastically Just Because People DON'T want the Stress of a Possibility to go to Jail if they can Avoid that, and By the way if the Stigma Grows that most if not all Illegal Prostitutes are known to have STD's that's just gonna more Customers Away from Illegal Prostitution to Legal Prostitution because its Safer. and For whats it worth about Legal Prostitution not stopping Illegal Prostitution, Since living here for about a month in Las Vegas, i haven't seen ONE blatant Illegal Prostitute like i Did in Baltimore or DC.. If any Prostitution should Stay Illegal its Child Prostitution which i haven't seen anyone Bring up, Just Remember that, that really is a thing.

You Didn't read any of the other Responses did you.. I Posted Reports from the DoJ about how ILLEGAL prostitution Covers 48% of human trafficking, and if Prostitution was made legal it would cut most of that Off, And also its been shown multiple times that with Government oversights and Weekly/Monthly Checkups Coupled with Mandatory Condom Use, the Spread of STD's would Decline in Prostitution.. I Agree with you on a lot of things but this I do Not. If prostitution is Legal its in the Public's Best Interest to have All Legal Prostitutes (those who use the Brothels) to get Registered (or in other words getting Licensed to be a Prostitute) Other wise there would be NO way to track these Women or Men, and ensure that they are STD Free, the Government DOES need to be Heavily Involved to Ensure the Public's Safety.. what you're Suggesting would Support a Rampant Spread of STD's. Also in Order for this Law to Benefit The Government whether it be State or Federal, The Government would need to Charge a certain amount of Money for these License's, Somewhere around the Ballpark of 25 to 50$ around the Price to get a Drivers License. There are Things that don't need Heavy Government oversight, but this in Particular is Certainly not one of those things.

You Proved my Point at the Tail end of this Comment. and also Work for What, He Doesn't know how to mod so he wants someone who can, to make that truck to how he wants it because there's a low supply of Ford Raptors, He's not asking for it on a "silver platter" Once again you come off as a Dick. And yes tons of People do make Requests but more of them get Made than you think. I know that from experience. Back On Topic: I'm going to try and get a Ford Raptor to make this truck for the OP real quick as I'm sure it wont take super long, if I Can't get one I don't have the time to convert a truck myself, as I have a clan pack to update soon. EDIT: Got the Truck will work on it now

Where I Live in Clark County Nevada, Known to the Rest of the Country as the Las Vegas Area, Prostitution is Legal with Heavy Oversight from the Government, Including Regular STD Check-Ups and Prostitute Registry, I Could be Wrong but I've been told the Check Up Dates are Every 3 Weeks. Also in Clark County Prostitutes Are Forced by law to have Condoms on Hand, I Agree I Don't have a Problem with it either as long as its Safe for the Public which in Las Vegas its Gone Pretty good So far.

Ironically The State of Nevada is one of the Safest States in terms of Human Trafficking the Polaris Project, A Non-Profit Organization Made to Track Human Trafficking and State Laws on Human Trafficking Rated Nevada a Tier 1 Trafficking State with 9 Out of 12 Possible Points When it just so Happens that Prostitution is Legal in the Metro Parts of the State Tier 1 Stands for a State that has Taken the Proper Measures to Combat Human Trafficking, the Point System Rates How well these Laws are working to Stop Trafficking.

Yes but it was not completely the Mortgage Crisis, This war in particular was not good for our economy you can look up the stats and see that Combined the US has spent around $4 Trillion in Iraq and Afghanistan over the years, that money could have been spent Elsewhere that's all im saying, the dumb government Spending in Afghanistan is retarded, im not saying that not spending that $4 Trillion would have saved the economy because it probably couldn't and they probably would have spent it in some other dumb way, im just saying the war is responsible for a bulk sum of wasted money. here's a great Example of what im talking about.. that's a really grown up and Productive reply you got there K-9, Feeling a bit chippy today?
