SolvedSo i was in a pursuit with a drug dealer, and near the end LSPDFR just crashed. Could someone look at the log and tell me why? Thanks

The last 2 or 3 Challenger models I tried to use had a bunch of bugs in them. When you turn, the wheel goes thru the fender. OR the skin/model exposes around the fender showing the inside of the car and the front turn signal strobe actually flashes outside the front fender instead of thru the front.
Is there any slicktop challengers out there without all these bugs?

Pav500 helped me greatly.
The solution was I didn't have a vehicles.meta and caravariations.meta properly configured. I had to copy the template over and rename it to sheriff3.
Issue solved!

So i installed the original in sheriff3. and it refuses to load the game.
I have only been using default slots. Do i physically need to create a sheriff3 slot or will it create it for me when i add the model and carvation etc to OpenIV?

maybe that is one of my problems.
as per Albo1125, my install path for installing vehicles thru OpenIV is:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\MODDING\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\
So I need to add mods to the dlclist.xml?

No. I have never used sheriff3 before.
I created my own skins. I have done many before without issue. I make my own in Photoshop and use OpenIV to add them to the models. Again, I have done this before, I have just never used slots others than default slots (police, police2, police3, sheriff, sheriff2, etc)
This is the gameconfig I am using. Is this the correct one?

So i have made some skins for a some custom vehicles. I can add them to sheriff and the spawn in just fine. When I add them to sheriff3, the trainer spawns them and it says at bottom of screen sheriff3 spawned, but no vehicle shows up.
The carvations, vehicle meta and models are all installed correctly. I have the newest version of GTA5, rage plugin, etc.
I did install the gameconfig to increase my number of vehicles but I am wondering if it is actually working. Which gameconfig should I use for the newest GTA5 1.0.1493?

So, i know there are a lot of taxi sign fixes, etc out there.
I am looking for a true fix, not just a darkening of the sign.
If u open the actually taxi model, EXTRA 9 controls that sign. If u remove extra 7,8, and 9 it removes the sign and ads and leaves the original taxi. Since EXTRA 9 controls this sign, there has to be a way to dim the brightness of the intensity of extra 9.
What about a els taxi and modify extra 9 in the vcf (ELS) file?
There has to be a work around for this besides darkening ads that are no longer readable.

Yeah I run about 8 to 12 mods no problem. My 4k monitor was sub 200 on Amazon.
I run a 1050ti video card, i5 processor n 16gb ram. I only have a 1tb 7200rpm hard drive n gonna upgrade to a 4tb. Just found a 4tb 7200rpm drive for $89.
U should easily be able to do that for under 800 with monitor

i add alot of vehicles and some don't have handling. I have been using the following without problems.
Using the template.meta from Albo1125's modingDLCPack, I find the appropriate model, say POLICE, ans use that and just change the vehicle handling.
13+ Charger - Buffalo2
FPIS - Police3
FPIU - Gresley
Tahoe - Baller
The last one is ok and I have been experimenting with it, but no roll overs and seems to work fine.

So my coronas in the headlights and reverse lights are really dim. But my lightbar is nice and bright. I made adjustments to the car.default .emisions to make lightbar brighter and it worked fine but didnt fix my coronas.
I have NaturalRemasterd installed.
My graphics setting are on very high or ultra.
Any help would be appreciated.
@Giordano i just read a post with an answer from you from 2017 but his lightbar was dim and coronas bright
