The problem with pepper spray is once you've sprayed him, you have to come in contact with the spray that's on him to detain him. So if hes still resisting after you pray him, you will have some of the affect because you have tackled him.

Missing shader configuration for shader "gta_vehicle_Material" in material "Default Material". Defaulting to "gta_default". What does this mean, and how do i fix it?

When i isolate the wheel, the blue box is just behind the wheel.

But if only changed the one dummy, then why are all of them moving, is it based on the location of that left front wheel? Also thanks for helping me out, im pretty new to this stuff.

Collisions are the ones that say (COL) right? and what do dummies look like on zmodeler, are those the blue boxes?

I added the hub cap wheels on to a CVPI, and put it in the proper place on the left front wheel. However, in game the wheels are off set about half of the car each way. Can anyone help?

Whats the difference between Bxbugs' CVPI, and the DSF CVPI? Anyone know?

This is my first modded vehicle. CVPI, Lightbars, and Rhino Bar is Bxbugs, i put it all together. Please send me some PM's on how to make it better, please no hate, i am new. The front Wig-Wags are buggy, and only work from a certain angle, can anyone tell me how to fix this? Im working on putting some additional lights on the Rhino bar. Thanks everyone! Im pretty new to modding GTA, as in car models, but i wanted to try something new. I used NickieB's tutorial to start my car. I followed all steps however my game crashes with my car in. I get past all the loading screenes and once Niko spawns it crashes. It says FATAL ERROR: Please re-install GTA. However i replace my car with another one, and it works fine. The textures that come with it, do all the textures have to go into the WTD, or just the ELS ones? it seems like they are the same as the vshare

Ok so i downloaded LCPD FR today, and i cannot seem to pull anyone over. I press shift, and they pull off to the side but nothing happens. The help bar at the top say "Follow car until suspect pulls over" or something to that affect, even though the car is pulled over. When i get out of the car, there is no red way point next to the door. Am i doing something wrong, like not parking correctly, or something else like that?

Thanks for helping, but when i try and open the zip, its says its invalid. Would it have to be opened with 7zip or winrar?
