remove temporarily dinput8.dll out of your game directory. this disables .asi software from loading.

you installed calloutsz in the wrong location.
 
you installed it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\CalloutZ.dll
 
the right location would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\CalloutZ.dll
 
 

Accept callout:
You have:
ACCEPT_CALLOUT_Key=Z
ACCEPT_CALLOUT_ModifierKey=Y
This means you have to press Y and Z at the same time, to accept a callout.
You can:
change ACCEPT_CALLOUT_ModifierKey=None
so you only have to press Z to accept. Be careful, maybe you have to press Y, because of Qwertz and Qwerty keyboard layouts.
 
 
There is no Request callout shortcut, you have to press N for the menu then police radio and then request callout.

If you press F11 or F12, your screen is getting darker or brighter?
So you have to press F11 and FN or related to get the normal F11 function.

So I installed the charges, and the charges are not there.
In my Ragepluginhook.log I got the following error:

for translation: a name must not begin with "1", line 236, position 53.
 
Also when opening file .xml file with firefox, it gives me the same error.

 
something is wrong with this type of line.
when removing this line, it shows an error with the next line, which has the same style.

ArrestManager, BankCallouts, CalloutManager are outdated. pls remove them.
 
Before installing Callouts, check on the download page to the right which version is supported, minimum lspdfr 0.4.7.
also check the last updated date.

update gta and lspdfr with rph to the newest version.

make sure you have dinput8.dll and scripthookv installed
also the .xml for the els-vehicle.
 
reinstall asiloader and openiv.asi in openiv and then restart your pc.

you're missing scripthookV, download here: https://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
drag and drop the files in the main directory.

rename your mods folder to _mods and try again, otherwise
 
dinput8.dll makes .asi files work ingame, so check your .asi software.

It could be the realistic weapon system from stoptheped.
you can disable it in the stoptheped.ini located under C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR
 

Make sure, the file is in your mods folder, look via OpenIV under: GTAV / mods / update / update.rpf / dlc_patch and there should be an folder with mpxmas_604490
 
if there is the folder, make sure mpxmas_604490 is in the dlclist.xml.

I sometimes have a simular bug, go to gta settings and choose your resolution and switch to fullscreen or windowed mode. try both.

do you have the .xml file installedfor that vehicle?
otherwise reinstall asi loader and openiv.asi in openiv software and restart your pc

install ipt.common and ragenativeui in the main directory.

to open the file, you need winrar or 7zip.
right click the file and say open with... and choose winrar or 7zip
