i have had this problem before and dont remember how to solve it but my emergency lights are "on" but the lights on the car is only showing the taillights flashing and no other lights flashing in full code 3

    never mind i figured it out.

    make sure you have dinput8.dll and scripthookv installed

    also the .xml for the els-vehicle.

     

    reinstall asiloader and openiv.asi in openiv and then restart your pc.

    Could contain: text, font, logo, symbol, graphics, screenshot, brand, trademark, graphic design
