The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

All the game function work well, just updated the script hook v, but the els is still not working. 

 

The panel is not showing up too.

all your .asi files failed to load. make sure to update scripthookv from this website: https://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

try that too!!!:

Open OpenIV, go to the ASI loaders, uninstall them, close OpenIV, Open OpenIV again, go to the ASI loaders, then install them again, close OpenIV, then restart the computer.

Follow those steps.
