    Code 3 Callouts
"Attention all units, officer needs assistance. Shots fired. All available units, respond Code 3."
This is a plugin that I have been planning for ever since I started writing scripts for LSPDFR. Now that the LSPDFR API has come out, this idea has now become a reality!
The focus of this plugin is to create a realistic experience where the player needs to do some actual police work. Police work is not always about flicking on the lights and sirens and flying down the road at 100 MPH. Nor is it always about pulling out an AR-15 and emptying a clip on a suspect.
In fact, most of the time, police work is all about dealing with people. Hearing both sides of the story. Figure out who is lying, and who isn't. Sometimes you have a helping hand when you have an eyewitness, and sometimes not. Or sometimes you will get eyewitnesses who contradict one another. Bob says the bank robber's car was blue. Jane says the car was red. Turns out, Jane was on her cell phone, and wasn't paying attention. Oh, and Bob was in the bathroom, so he didn't actually see anything. You later find out that the car was actually green.
The first version has four different callout scenarios. Each will have their own degree of variation, so you will not have exactly the same situation every single time!
Code 3 Callouts is designed to work alongside other callout plugins, to create the most exciting and realistic experience possible.
It is YOUR job to determine what actually happened based on the evidence. Its time for your shift, Officer. Gear up, and move out.

    Requirements
You MUST have the latest version of Rage Plugin Hook installed, as well as a legal copy of GTA V.
    Optimized for LSPDFR 0.4.9
Enable All Interiors is required for the interiors to work: https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/enable-all-interiors-wip

    Features
TEN different callout situations, each with their own varying scenarios.
Fully integrated dispatch audio, to create a realistic experience.
Requires the player to investigate each call, and do some actual police work to determine what ACTUALLY happened. Remember, just because someone called 911 to report something, does not mean that's precisely what happened.
Altered suspect behaviour based on the response of the officer
    AMBIENT EVENTS!

Both of you have contributed a lot towards the success of this plugin, whether it be testing things for me, or just showcasing the callouts! Your guys' videos gave me lots of ideas for things to fix and improve!!

@goigle - For giving me the idea of the Assault observation window...which in turn led me to think of the CAD popup idea! Thanks a lot!
@MulleDK19, along with all the other dev's on the RPH IRC channel - For being patient, and helping me out with code issues that I had difficulty with, plus testing things out for me!!
My sincerest apologies if I missed anyone!

    Callouts
Most of these callouts are "Code 2" calls, meaning, they do NOT require a "Code 3", or "lights and sirens" response. Part of police work is to actually drive at normal speeds, and obeying traffic laws and red lights while driving to a call!
If you're stuck in a traffic jam, you can use your lights to get yourself through an intersection, and then resume driving normally. But be careful about using the siren...you don't want the suspect to know that you're coming, do you?
See the PDF documentation for more information on all of the callouts included.

My goal was to update a hopefully not forgotten cool callout pack. I updated the plugin to the latest lspdfr and rph versions.

Ricy's Callouts offers unique and carefully developed Callouts that distance themself from the usual 'Chase' and 'Shootout' style Callouts often found in LSPDFR. They offer a wide array of choices, both obvious and hidden and try to be fun even on multiple palythroughs.

    Disclaimer
This is the standalone version of the Callouts found in LSPDFR Expanded. If you already have LSPDFR Expanded installed, these Callouts will do nothing on their own. It's purely for players who aren't using LSPDFR Expanded and still want to experience the Callouts featured within it.

A very special thank you to...
@LukeD - Lots of helpful advice, and helping me get comfortable with the API! Plus working together to ensure our callouts can work alongside each other!
@FinKone - Same as above, plus testing and showcasing the plugin for me!
Erwi - For helping me out with some code issues!
@DCP1293, @LtFlash, and @Straysify - Testing earlier versions of Code 3 Callouts for me! Thanks a lot!
@Albo1125 - For graciously sharing some of his code with me, helping me out with the CAD popup windows, giving me the idea for the new suspect vehicle search logic, and for helping me testing this version!
@JFavignano and @Bayareabuggs - For being my guinea pigs... I MEAN testers, and giving me lots of useful feedback! Both of you have contributed a lot towards the success of this plugin, whether it be testing things for me, or just showcasing the callouts! Your guys' videos gave me lots of ideas for things to fix and improve!!
@Zachary Houseknecht and @Polecat324 - Thanks a lot for showcasing the callouts, and for testing beta versions for me!! I really enjoy watching your videos!

It was originally released by Stealth22 10 years ago! It would be a shame to let that cool plugin go down!

When Law Enforcement Officers or military personnel kill suspects, they often handcuff the person for safety reasons when the suspect's death isn't confirmed yet; the suspect might be unconscious or pretending to be. You may restrain dead people you or someone else killed. If you don't want to do so, you can hide the restrain prompt and continue handling the scene.

TL;DR: Why bother to restrain someone dead?: In-game, a person lying on the ground is considered dead, however not in real life, the person could be unconscious or pretending to be dead. Law Enforcement does this all the time.

Hold T or DPad Right to restrain the ped.
Press H to ignore the ped, meaning the prompt will be removed for that certain person.

    Features
    - Restrain any dead ped
    - Controller support
    - Ignore ped feature
    - Hide the restrain prompt

Inspired by a feature from Ready Or Not.

    ABOUT THIS PLUGIN
Handbrake allows your vehicle to roll down the hill if the handbrake is not engaged. You may also use the brake as an emergency brake for a very quick stop.
You could still use the default handbrake, you can find how to do that below.

Press Spacebar to engage the custom handbrake/emergency brake.
Hold Left Shift + Spacebar to use the default GTA handbrake.

    With the UseModifierKeyForCustomHandbrake setting enabled:
Press Left Shift + Spacebar to use the custom handbrake when the setting is enabled.
Press Spacebar to use GTA's handbrake when the UseModifierKeyForCustomHandbrake setting is enabled.

    Features
Vehicle roll: If you forget to engage the handbrake on a hill, your vehicle will roll down the hill and cause issues you'll regret. If you engage the handbrake while driving, your vehicle will come to a very quick stop, which might save your life. A setting where you can use Left Shift + Spacebar to use the custom handbrake instead of simply the spacebar Handbrake includes custom audio files to make it feel realistic; you could disable that if you want. You may disable the custom handbrake when holding Left Shift and then pressing Spacebar, while holding the keys, you would be able to drift or do a quick U-turn.

Did you get shot? Take cover and apply your tourniquet before you bleed out.
If you get shot in a limb, there's a chance you'll have a bleed on that limb, and you'll also have an injured walking style, to get rid of that you'll have to be treated by paramedics or heal yourself.

⚠️ Important if you're updating!!! Replace "DamageTrackerLib.dll" and "DamageTrackingFramework.dll" (They require an update)

To use the plugin you would have to bleed first, there is a chance that you will bleed when you get shot or stabbed, once you start bleeding you can press the tilde key, which is under your 'Escape' key. After you finish applying the tourniquet you will still have the injured walking style, to get rid of this you must be fully healed.

    ⚠️ Important to read
    - Vari's Damage Tracker Framework is required for this plugin to work! (Comes included)
    - It is vital to load both Tourniquet.dll and DamageTrackingFramework.dll, otherwise, the plugin will not work.
    - You can only bleed a second time in the same limb once your health is back to 100%, otherwise, the rest of the bullet impacts for that limb are ignored!
    - If you encounter a crash, details are automatically reported to the developer, you may disable this in the Tourniquet.ini.

Remember to load the DamageTrackingFramework.dll! (Check here how)

    Features
Actual bleeding, including visual blood Multiple effects to make it look immersive Injured walking style until you get medical treatment Health ticks down as you bleed until you apply a tourniquet
    Future
A dedicated applying animation Actual tourniquet props you'll see on the affected limb
    Important
Load the DamageTrackerFramework plugin, it is required for this to work. You must be bleeding to apply a tourniquet. Hold Left Control and press ` to open GTA's cheat code menu. Please note that there is a chance that you'll bleed if you get shot in a limb, so you won't always bleed. The injured walking style only gets reset if you're fully healed, so get treated by paramedics or heal yourself. Using 'Deadly Weapons' makes surviving harder since you are likely already close to death in the first place.

(The DamageTrackerFramework plugin is already included in the download folder, make sure to load it with F4>LoadPlugin "DamageTrackingFramework.dll")

Personally, this is my best and favorite plugin. If you fire your weapon, there will be a small camera shake each time you fire, simulating a recoil effect. A heartbeat will play when you're in a firefight, aiming at an armed person, if you've been injured, or even when you're being chased by a dog. The camera shake is also used for other features, such as a big car collision, loss of health, and more. Below is a list showing all features. If there is a feature you do not want, each one can be disabled individually in the settings.

    Seatbelt by Faya
Discord Server    /    Installation    /    Progress Board

Fasten your seatbelt to stay securely inside the vehicle, preventing ejection or being pulled out. If you forget to fasten it, a chime will play to remind you. You can choose from up to 16 different chimes and 2 different fastening and unfastening sound effects.

    Important information:
Want to hold to fasten your seatbelt instead? Set HoldToFasten to true in the Seatbelt.ini

Press Left CTRL on the keyboard or DPad Up on the controller to fasten or unfasten your seatbelt. You can customize these keys in the settings.
Press F4 and enter "OpenSeatbeltSettings" to open the settings menu.

    Audio & Visual Cues:
Once you step into a vehicle, you'll see a seatbelt indicator, meaning you do not have your seatbelt fastened. Once you start driving without your seatbelt on, the indicator will start blinking, and a chime will start playing.

    Customization:
There are currently sixteen seatbelt chimes to choose from and four seatbelt sound effects to choose from. If you prefer a different keybind, you can change the keyboard key or the controller button in the settings file.

    Settings Menu:
There is a settings menu you can use by opening the RAGEPluginHook console (F4) and entering "OpenSeatbeltSettings", this will open up a menu where you can change the settings in-game.

    Chime Linking:
You can link different chimes to different vehicles, so as an example, you can link the Dodge chime to your Dodge Charger or your Chevrolet chime to your Silverado. Non-linked vehicles will use the value of the ChimeSound setting.

    Quick Exit Feature:
You can quickly exit the vehicle by double-tapping the vehicle exit key. You will exit the vehicle, and the player won't close the door after exiting, although you can choose to have the player close it by setting "LeaveDoorOpenOnQuickExit" to false.

    Miscellaneous:
When fastening or unfastening, your character will play an animation.
If you're using a controller, it will vibrate when interacting.
When fastened, you will not be able to leave the vehicle, nor will peds be able to pull you out of it.
You can even add custom chimes if you'd like; just place the .wav file in "Plugins/Seatbelt Media/Chimes" and update the ChimeSound setting to that audio file name.

    Current chimes
Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, BMW 2, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Ford 2, Hyundai, Mazda, Mazda 2, Mercedes, Misc 1, Subaru, Tesla

Welcome, first of all I want to thank Jordi for suggesting this to me, he is a developer on one of the FiveM servers I played in, Jordi has helped me with this.

    ABOUT THIS PLUGIN
If you crash and the impact is very hard, your vehicle's engine will most likely be destroyed and you'll be out of commission until it's fixed.
You could repair your vehicle with the manual repair feature, once your vehicle is broken you'll have the option to go up to your bonnet and mess around with the engine. You may try to repair it again if you've failed, but only for a few times. The number of times that you may repair your vehicle is customizable in the settings, be careful though, one small bump after reparation may destroy your engine again.

Once your vehicle has successfully been repaired, your vehicle won't magically be brand new, it will only fix the engine, not the visual damage. So you'll have to replace your vehicle at the police station. Enabling the setting 'FullRepairAfterRepairing' will fully repair your vehicle

The plugin currently does not support AI vehicle damage but I'm working on that right now.

    Features
◆  Engine destruction on hard impacts
    ◆  Manual Repair
    ◆  Repairs may fail
◆  Customizable repair key + modifier
    ◆  Customizable damage threshold
◆  Customizable chance of a successful repair
◆  Choose how many times you're able to try and repair the vehicle

    What is a bonnet?
A bonnet is the metal cover over the engine at the front, for some vehicles it may be at the back, it depends on where the engine is located.
