D:\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\DamageTrackerLib.dll is wrong installed, propably belongs in GTAV/ set your RPH loading time to 60000.

remove ScriptHookV.dll & dinput8.dll ! be careful, there is also a file calles ScriptHookVDotNet, you can leave that there.

keep your mods folder renamed to _mods rename vfs.dll to _vfs.dll

Command line option "nodx" is specified. Go to the RPH settings window, you can do that by: - starting RPH and click on the gear wheel or - start RPH and immidiately hold Shift till the window pops up then search for the option -nodx and remove the hook.

Do you use lennys mods loader? keep your mods folder renamed while starting rph, also start gta first, once ingame start rph

So something in the mods folder causes the issue, revert the latest changes or start a new folder

There is no log for the mods folder. Start a new folder, make sure to have gameconfig, heapadjuster & packfile limit adjuster. Make sure to install mod-by-mod, and test it each time, also make backups.

Wrong log, do you get a Ragepluginhook.log? This should be in the main gta folder then. Sidenote: It says something about Slow system or insufficient permissions
