honestly this happens to me alot i usually just reinstall the game whenever the game starts crashing repeatedly then slowly put in each mod slowly... hope i helped please no negative comments im just trying to help :)

Try memturbo before starting your game also try cleaning your pc everyday with ccleaner its also a good idea to keep up to date with all drivers :) hope i helped....
