This is a simple edit of the multiplayer character police outfits.  I decided to make this to complement the new character system in LSPDFR 0.4.  It is perfect for anyone who simply wants more realistic and very lore-friendly police outfits, but doesn't want all of the content and agencies included with EUP.
 
Main features:
Bigger, better, LSPD badges with improved textures. Polished shine effect added to the badge and nametag. Gun holster added to the duty belt. LAPD style Officer III, Senior Lead Officer and Sergeant rank patches.  
There are a couple of other changes too:
The badge and rank patches use the same component slot (10), meaning that a sergeant will always have the correct sergeant badge and patches.  This also means you can wear the shirt without a badge.  It also significantly reduces the filesize and texture space required. Minor texture edits which make the uniform colours more consistent. The female version has been reworked to use the same shirt texture as the male version, which I think looks much better.  
The models and textures should be very well optimized, and this shouldn't cause any issues with any other mods.  It can be used in addition to EUP as well.

How to install:
Installation should be really simple, just use the OpenIV package manager.  You need a mods folder with the latest update.rpf copied into it.  This mod will not change any files, it installs itself as its own content pack.
 
After you install, you might need to update your LSPDFR outfit data so that everyone wears the outfits correctly.  See below for this.

Hey Guys! This is one of my first handmade skin modifications for Grand Theft Auto V - Some Backstory,
 
I myself live in the Small Town of Grass Valley, California and so do a few other users here on lcpdfr.com I do feel as if there is no real content for this town and am releasing this somewhat accurate skin to the public for download.

here's how you do it
Anything you want to be reflected, you want to leave on a transparent texture. Obviously, follow the template and once you are done delete it and name it Reflective
Anything you dont want reflective for example Color of the car, License plates, maybe badges just color in the background with the other things you don't want to be reflected. 
 
@RobertTM has a really great tutorial on his reflective packs if you want more in depth stuff done.

Hey everyone, this pack has been massively overhauled and even for me has been tiring. This pack now includes skins for new base models and some fully new skins along with getting rid of some obsolete skins. I started with this pack a few months ago and took a brake with it and focused on some single vehicles like the 2014 and the 2018 Chevy Tahoe PPV. As I now wanted to continue with this pack, my modeling files seemed to be broken 😖
As a lot of the vehicles are really descent I want to release it anyways.

Some vehicles are NOT at a final state so a little bit BUGGY.
As I can't work with them anymore it is THE FINAL VERSION.

The Zancudo Valley Sheriff is a particularly proud and almost isolationist Sheriff's Office. They operate along the central west coast of San Andreas and are incredibly protective of their people and outstanding natural beauty. Although external crime statistics suggest that the area is overrun with weapons and drugs trafficking, Sheriff George Waterson is insistent that "there ain't no crime", and that "if there is, its down to them damn city-boys comin' up here and intruding on our perfect landscape."
 
This pack contains a number of vehicle textures (listed below) that are based on Darlington County Sheriff. Its worth pointing out that I'm not going for realism with this department, but just implementing the design.

Here is my  version of LAPD.
I know some of the lighting set up is incorrect as is some of the interior equipment.
So no need to comment on that. 👍
The steady burns can be turned off by editing the vcf
The ALPR is set to extra_11, so it can be disabled if you wish ( except on the CVPI )
All textures are reflective and all of these vehicles give you the opportunity
to create your very own reflective textures without the hassle of using Zmodeler3
The reflective parts are...
All doors from the bottom of the windows to the bottom of the doors
Front wings
Rear quarter panels
Trunk/Boot lid face
Rear bumper face ( excluding the Taurus )
I have removed the door trim on the Impala and CVPI for visual reasons
 
When making a reflective texture
Put whatever you want to reflect light on a CLEAR background, save it as 'Reflective texture' and replace the 'Reflective texture/livery' in the vehicles .ytd
I advise not having anything black or any unit numbers on the reflective texture
You can install multiple liveries as long as there are no unit numbers on the parts listed above
(Roof, 'C' pillars and trunk/boot top are OK)

Just a Charger Skin i made awhile back that never released and decided to release it. Its not based of any Departments i was just messing around and ended up liking how it turned out.
