I keep getting the same message when LSPDFR crashes in game but not sure what it means, I also don't know if it's LSPDFR or another plugin causing it. This isn't the whole log, just where it crashes

I've been playing LSPDFR for the last 2 years and have had many problems and bugs that I could find an answer for, but this time I am stumped. After seeing that LSPDFR got a huge update I decided to re-download it and play so I got the new file started fresh like it says and then added on all my plugins and whatnot. After starting the game, before I'm even loaded in as a player just in a loading screen, the game will freeze and then about 3 minutes later I'll get like 5 message on the side that say LSPDFR has stopped working. After that the game will just stay frozen and I have to task manger it. I thought maybe I had and outdated version of something so I checked and got the newest version of everything from plugins to RAGE and LSPDFR just encase I downloaded the wrong thing or something. Again had the same crashing. Thought maybe it was an incompatible plugin so I did a whole new fresh game directory with just RAGE LSPDFR and Script-hook V and I'm still getting the same crashing. I don't have any free anti-virus software besides Windows Defender. (At least any that I know of) Would appreciate if anyone had some tips or something cause I am dying to play this new version of LSPDFR.
